Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Restyla", "we"). By using restyla.io you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. The serviceCopy Anchor Link

Restyla is an online image to image AI tool. You upload a photo, choose a preset or write a prompt, and our systems send it to a third-party AI model to produce a new image.

2. Who can use itCopy Anchor Link

You must be at least [13 / 16] years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Restyla for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business. The service is not available where it would be unlawful, including in countries subject to applicable trade sanctions.

3. AccountsCopy Anchor Link

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Use a real email address you control — we use it for billing and account recovery. One person, one account: do not create multiple accounts to obtain more free usage.

4. Free daily imagesCopy Anchor Link

Guests get 2 free Basic 1K images per day. A verified account gets 5. Free images are granted on Basic 1K only, reset at 00:00 UTC, and do not carry over to the next day. Free quota is available in eligible countries only, is subject to availability, and may be reduced or withdrawn at any time. We use automated checks to prevent abuse; attempts to bypass daily limits may result in blocked access.

5. Credits and paymentCopy Anchor Link

Credits are sold in one-time packs. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

Credits purchased in a pack do not expire. Credits are personal to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires.

Each generation shows its credit cost before you confirm:

Basic 1K — 1 credit
Basic 2K — 1 credit
Advanced 1K — 3 credits
Advanced 2K — 5 credits
Advanced 4K — 8 credits

Every additional image in the same request costs the same as its tier.

Credits are reserved when a generation is submitted and charged only when an image is successfully delivered. Reservations for failed, rejected or timed-out generations are released back to your balance automatically.

7. Acceptable useCopy Anchor Link

You may not use Restyla to create or distribute:

• content that sexualizes minors, in any form;
• intimate or sexual images of a real person without their consent;
• images of a real person presented as authentic, for deception, harassment, defamation, or to falsely suggest their endorsement;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights you do not hold;
• content that is unlawful, or that promotes violence, self-harm or hatred against a protected group;
• attempts to bypass our safety checks, quotas or rate limits, or to disrupt the service.

We review inputs and outputs automatically and may block a generation, remove content, or suspend an account. Repeated violations end the account.

8. Your content and oursCopy Anchor Link

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit them solely to deliver the service and to keep an abbreviated record for abuse prevention.

The images you generate are yours to use. We claim no ownership of them. You may use them commercially, subject to the terms of the model provider that produced them and provided you have all rights needed in the source photo.

We own the site, the software, the Restyla name and logo, and the copy on these pages.

9. Third-party modelsCopy Anchor Link

Generations are produced by third-party AI providers. Their availability and output quality affect ours. We do not guarantee that any specific model will remain available, and we may change providers.

10. AvailabilityCopy Anchor Link

We aim to keep Restyla running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features, impose limits, or take the service offline for maintenance. Where a scheduled interruption is foreseeable we will give notice where practical.

11. DisclaimersCopy Anchor Link

AI output is unpredictable. A generation may differ from what you asked for, and we do not warrant that any output is accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of defects. The service is provided "as is".

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Limitation of liabilityCopy Anchor Link

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data beyond the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy, or for your use of generated images. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [USD 50].

You may stop using Restyla at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where we discontinue the service without cause, we will refund the value of unused credits.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Restyla after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing lawCopy Anchor Link

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [JURISDICTION], without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
